I was born in London and I loved visiting all the wonderful art galleries there. I studied ballet, acrobatics and skating before becoming a professional skater. I travelled the world as a principal pair skater for 14 years before marrying an Australian, settling in Australia and raising a family.
My husband and I taught skating and had a number of skaters in world competition including quite a few Australian champions.
We retired to Phillip Island where I was able to pursue my interest in art. I love painting everything and anything – if I love it, I want to paint it. I paint in oils, acrylics and watercolour and have had wonderful coaching from Michel Goff, John Adam, Agata Lelek and Diana Edwards.
I love living on Phillip Island – I paint the coastline endlessly, especially Cape Woolamai.
